After she finished directing her feature, SNEAKING AROUND, Emily A. Meehan needed a quiet, tranquil place to work on the post-production sound and editing without paying US prices.

A place to focus
She went to Mexico, where she scouted locations not only for her own work, but for others seeking a quiet, restorative studio. She found it in the pine and cloud forest in Avándaro, a small resort town next to Lake Avándaro and the site of Mexico’s “Woodstock” in 1971.

Our partners are sound mixers and composers with credits from major studios and streamers, in both the US and Mexico. When it comes time to mix, we rely on a partner in the region with a full Dolby Atmos mixing stage.
